This year-long life skills curriculum focuses on teaching life skills and concepts. This resource is designed for special education students and autistic learners as it is visual-based and features a step-by-step progression of skills. 

This curriculum includes embedded assessments allowing for data-based decision making and accurate progress monitoring. Simplify your life skills instruction and planning with this daily activity-based curriculum, utilizing over 180 engaging activities that promote skill application and generalization.

Level 2 of our Life Skills Leveled Daily Curriculum focuses on teaching basic life skills concepts and vocabulary, including: grocery shopping, categorizing, identifying price, expiration dates, and payment methods; eating in the community: ordering from a menu, sit-down/drive-through/fast food restaurants, restaurant behavior; clothing and laundry: putting clothes away, doing laundry, matching clothes to season and temperature; cleaning: cleaning supplies functions, chores by room, steps to specific cleaning tasks; cooking and kitchen: kitchen safety, reading a recipe, kitchen appliances; public transportation: bike rules, rules and steps to using four methods of public transportation; mechanics and repair vocabulary: identifying tools and their functions, using batteries, simple household repairs; and technology: internet safety, internet vocabulary, making phone calls and sending text messages.
